Magic Cool is a high-performance cooling cloth that can be used in any application where rapid personal cooling is desired. The unique "catch and release" fabric technology and the special chamois finish of the Magic Cool cloth create high absorption, retention and dispersion of water to maintain the cool temperature of the cloth. Magic Cool contains a non-toxic, anti-microbial treatment to reduce odors. Wear on head or around neck for maximum cooling benefits. UPF 50+ rating insures maximum protection from harmful UV rays.

To activate Magic Cool, wet the cloth thoroughly with water. Gently squeeze out the excess water so the cloth is not dripping wet. The more moisture left in the cloth, the longer the cooling action will last. Lightly wave the cloth in the air. This action will accelerate the rapid cooling process. To renew the cooling process, simply shake the already-moist cloth. To regenerate a dry Magic Cool cloth, re-wet, squeeze our excess water and wave.

ORDERING

All orders are processed when they are received.  All orders are considered as rush orders and are delivered at first place subject to availability.  

Any change in the order must be made within 24 hours of placement of the original order.  Orders that have already shipped out cannot be revised.

PAYMENT

Trading currency is in Australian Dollors only. 

All orders are due on invoiced, i.e. payment is cleared and/or authorised by the bank prior to order delivery.  Order will be automatically cancelled without notice when accrued payment is not received within 5 days after placing the order or prior to delivery in terms which is earlier.

Payment shall be made by any of following means unless specified.

-         credit card (visa/master/debit cards)

-         bank transfers/direct deposit

SHIPPING

-      All orders received before 2pm with cleared payment will be dispatched on the same working day; whereas the following working day.

-      Postage quoted is to be sent by registered mail inclusive of insurance (within OZ), generally. FREE postage is offered for order value over A$200.

WARRANTY & RETURN

-         FUSION GEAR endeavours to have replacement without charges in case where the goods arrive non-functional to the Buyer.  The Buyer is obliged to notify FUSION GEAR of the intended replacement at first place.  Fusion Gear will send the replacement to the Buyer within 7 days upon receipt of the faulty goods returned in good order that are not exhibited damage or non-functional as a result of use, which means no scratches, dents, chips, cracks or missing components.  The Buyer shall ensure all items returned appropriately packed with original package in whole including all original components and accessories if any.
