SMITH & WESSON Tactical Defense Pen

This latest launched Smith & Wesson Black Tactical Survival Pen (model SWPEN2), is a tactical survival and writing tool.  Plus, it can also be used as a self defense tool, built from anodized aluminum which makes it very strong as well as lightweight.  Inside the pen, there is a ferro rod that can be used as a firestarter, simply use the butt of the pen to strike the ferro rod.  The butt can also be removed and replaced with a key ring cap.  This makes the pen smaller and more of an every day carry.  In a pinch, the pen can also be used as a mini kubiton.  All around, this is possible the most useful pen from a line of great Smith & Wesson pens

ORDERING

All orders are processed when they are received.  All orders are considered as rush orders and are delivered at first place subject to availability.  

Any change in the order must be made within 24 hours of placement of the original order.  Orders that have already shipped out cannot be revised.

PAYMENT

Trading currency is in Australian Dollors only. 

All orders are due on invoiced, i.e. payment is cleared and/or authorised by the bank prior to order delivery.  Order will be automatically cancelled without notice when accrued payment is not received within 5 days after placing the order or prior to delivery in terms which is earlier.

Payment shall be made by any of following means unless specified.

-         bank transfers/direct deposit

SHIPPING

-      All orders received before 2pm with cleared payment will be dispatched on the same working day; whereas the following working day.

-      Postage quoted is to be sent by registered mail inclusive of insurance (within OZ), generally. FREE postage is offered for order value over A$200.

WARRANTY & RETURN

-         FUSION GEAR endeavours to have replacement without charges in case where the goods arrive non-functional to the Buyer.  The Buyer is obliged to notify FUSION GEAR of the intended replacement at first place.  Fusion Gear will send the replacement to the Buyer within 7 days upon receipt of the faulty goods returned in good order that are not exhibited damage or non-functional as a result of use, which means no scratches, dents, chips, cracks or missing components.  The Buyer shall ensure all items returned appropriately packed with original package in whole including all original components and accessories if any.
