Using Tips
 - It is advisable (particularly in cold weather) to warm up your harmonica prior to playing, although this will not adversely affect the reed if you blow from cold.
 - Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning materials on your harmonica and never submerge it completely in any liquid.
 - For the sake of hygiene and preventative maintenance, it is advisable to brush your teeth before playing, if possible.
 - Always shake or “tap” excess moisture from the harmonica after playing and clean with a soft cotton or lined cloth.
 - Store in a dry, dust free situation (the box or case is ideal) and avoid excessive temperatures

Established in 1953, it's a little known fact that the very first product line ever produced by Suzuki Musical Instruments was the harmonica.  In continuous production and development ever since, Suzuki Harmonicas have become the most technically advanced harmonicas in the World. Suzuki Harmonicas offer a huge selection of instruments for the casual player to the World's top harmonica players, performers and recording artists.  The machinery that can be seen in the factories today, such as Dies and Molds, Precision Processing Machines for reeds, Automatic Welding Machines, Automated Tuning Machines, etc were mostly made and designed within their own plants. The company grew, as the demand for harmonicas continued. In 1957/58 Hamamatsu where Suzuki Harmonica based, was the booming capital of harmonica production.  Suzuki produced as many as 700,000 pieces annually at the peak.

ORDERING

All orders are processed when they are received.  All orders are considered as rush orders and are delivered at first place subject to availability.  

Any change in the order must be made within 24 hours of placement of the original order.  Orders that have already shipped out cannot be revised.

PAYMENT

Trading currency is in Australian Dollors only. 

All orders are due on invoiced, i.e. payment is cleared and/or authorised by the bank prior to order delivery.  Order will be automatically cancelled without notice when accrued payment is not received within 5 days after placing the order or prior to delivery in terms which is earlier.

Payment shall be made by any of following means unless specified.

SHIPPING

-      All orders received before 2pm with cleared payment will be dispatched on the same working day; whereas the following working day.

-      Postage quoted is to be sent by registered mail inclusive of insurance (within OZ), generally. FREE postage is offered for order value over A$200.

WARRANTY & RETURN

-         FUSION GEAR endeavours to have replacement without charges in case where the goods arrive non-functional to the Buyer.  The Buyer is obliged to notify FUSION GEAR of the intended replacement at first place.  Fusion Gear will send the replacement to the Buyer within 7 days upon receipt of the faulty goods returned in good order that are not exhibited damage or non-functional as a result of use, which means no scratches, dents, chips, cracks or missing components.  The Buyer shall ensure all items returned appropriately packed with original package in whole including all original components and accessories if any.
